The following applications are processed by the standard 'non-notified' pathway, unless the Authority decides that there is likely to be significant public interest (in which case the notified pathway would be used):
- Import a New Organism into Containment - GMO or non-GMO (GMC or NOC);
- Develop a Genetically Modified Organism in Containment that do NOT meet HSNO low-risk criteria, ie other than by rapid assessment process (GMD).
