Code of Practice for Outdoor Pyrotechnic Displays – Request for ProposalsERMA New Zealand is intending to develop a Code of Practice for Outdoor Pyrotechnic Displays. The preparation of this code follows from discussions at a test certifier workshop in March and a subsequent pyrotechnics industry/regulator working group meeting in August 2007. We are now seeking the services of an industry expert to undertake the development of this code. A request for proposal (RfP) is attached, which sets out our requirements for, amongst other matters: • the scope of work • consultation with stakeholders • schedule for delivery of the project.
