Genetically Modified Cattle Application (GMD02028)

An application was sent in by AgResearch to develop genetically modified cattle in containment.

The two broad objectives of this containment application are to develop transgenic cattle that can express functional therapeutic foreign proteins in their milk, and to develop transgenic cattle to study gene function and genetic performance.
