ERMA New Zealand has received two applications from AgResearch for minor amendments to their approvals for field testing genetically modified cattle (application GMF98009, parts I and II, and application GMD02028).
Members of the public may have an interest in amendments to these approvals and so we have put the applications on our website together with the original documentation.

ERMA New Zealand will now consider whether these amendments meet the criteria laid down in the HSNO Act for minor and technical amendments to existing approvals. Any changes to the decisions will be notified in the Bulletin and any updated decisions will be placed on our website.
