ERMA New Zealand has received an application from AgResearch for a minor amendment to their approvals for field testing genetically modified cattle (applications GMF98009 Part I and Part II).
Members of the public may have an interest in amendments to these approvals and so we have put the application on our website (http://www.ermanz.govt.nz/search/registers.html?id=54). Please note that minor amendment applications are not open for public submission.

ERMA New Zealand will now consider whether this amendment meets the criteria laid down in the HSNO Act for minor or technical amendments to existing approvals. Any changes to the decision will be notified in the Bulletin and any updated decision will be placed on our website.
