If you are involved in manufacturing, selling, storing, using or disposing dangerous goods or scheduled toxic substances then you will need to know the classifications and controls applied to these substances. The controls detail what you need to do to be compliant with the law under the HSNO Act.

Information on complying with HSNO
If you are involved in importing, manufacturing, selling, storing, using or disposing of dangerous goods or scheduled toxic substances, then it is possible that you may need to change the way you have done things in the past. For example, changes may be needed to the type of information provided to users and you may need to become an approved handler.
