This application for the modified reassessment of specific aspects of the approvals for LPG, Propane and Butane has been prepared by the staff of ERMA New Zealand on behalf of the Chief Executive of the Environmental Risk Management Authority. The submission period has opened on this reassessment and will close on 23 November 2009.

Submissions may be forward by post, fax, or email to submissions@ermanz.govt.nz. Information on the submission process, including information that we require in your submission can be found on our website http://www.ermanz.govt.nz/consultations/howsubmission.html. All submissions will be considered, regardless of whether or not you present your submission at a public hearing.
Once received your submission becomes a public document and may be made publicly available to anyone who requests it. You may request to keep your contact details confidential. Keeping your contact details confidential means that your name will appear in our Evaluation and Review report as a submitter but your contact details will not be available to other submitters or the applicant.
Once the submission period closes, a public hearing may be necessary if the Environmental Risk Management Authority considers it is necessary or if requested by either the applicant or a submitter.
