On 31 March 2009, proposed changes to the CPGS were notified in four national newspapers as well as directly to industry organisations. Submissions were invited from interested parties, and submissions closed on Friday 15 May 2009. On 30 June 2009 a Committee of the Authority considered the proposed amendments as well as submissions received.
