Click for LargerIt is five years since Approved Handler Test Certificates came into force, and the first ones are now up for renewal. If you are an approved handler, check the expiry date of your certificate as you may need to renew it this year.

This page explains what you need to do to renew your Approved Handler Test Certificate.

Without a current test certificate, you cannot work as an approved handler. If you do, you and your workplace are operating illegally.

Members of AGCARM (The Association for Animal Health and Crop Protection) have implemented a policy of "No Certificate = No Sale". ERMA New Zealand is encouraging other industry groups and retailers to adopt a similar policy.
